Our terms, in plain words.

1. Orders

Orders are placed on WhatsApp (+243 853 777 737). Before starting, Ponamboka confirms in writing what will be delivered and the price. Work starts after your approval and the agreed payment.

2. Monthly packs

• Poster Pack: 30 $ per month, up to 10 posters per week. A poster is one visual in one format (square or vertical).
• Motion Pack: 65 $ per month, 2 motions per week. A motion is a vertical video of 5 to 15 seconds, delivered without music.
• Club Ponamboka (Duo Pack): 85 $ per month, combines the Poster Pack and the Motion Pack with the same quotas.
• The week runs from Monday to Sunday. An unused quota does not carry over.
• Pause: with a simple WhatsApp message, a pack can be paused. The remaining weeks of the paid month are kept and start again on the date chosen by the client.
• Trial: for the first month of a pack, if the client is not satisfied after the first week, Ponamboka refunds 50 % of the month's price and the pack stops.
• The pack is paid at the start of each month. There is no commitment: you can stop it at any time; the paid month is delivered in full and is not refunded.

3. Single designs

Poster: 3 $. Motion: 20 $. Paid when you order.

4. Changes

One round of changes is included per poster and per motion, two per business website. A round is a list of corrections sent all at once. Extra changes or a completely new request are priced in advance.

5. Business website and upkeep

• Business website: 200 $, paid half at the start, half on delivery. Up to 5 pages.
• The website is put online on free hosting. A personal domain name is bought in the client's name and paid for by the client.
• The website footer carries the line "Website made by Ponamboka".
• On delivery, you receive the complete website files, so you stay free to change provider.
• Optional upkeep: 79 $ per month, no commitment, up to 4 content changes per month.

6. Google Maps

The listing is created and verified from the business's Google account, with our help. Google alone decides on approval and ranking: Ponamboka does not guarantee them. We never ask for a password or a verification code.

7. Content you provide

You confirm that you have the right to use the logos, photos and texts you send us. Ponamboka refuses misleading content, fake promotions and copies of other brands.

8. Files and portfolio

Delivered and paid files belong to you. Ponamboka shows a design in its portfolio or on its social media only with your written permission.

9. Payment and receipts

Payment is made by mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Orange Money, Illicocash) or by bank transfer; any other method is agreed on WhatsApp before starting. A written receipt is given for every payment. Prices are in US dollars.

10. Data

We keep only what is needed for your order. This website uses no cookies and no tracking tools; it only counts the total number of visits, without knowing who you are.
