Your personal data

This website uses no cookies and no advertising or tracking tools. It only counts totals: the number of visits, clicks to WhatsApp and feedback messages sent, without recording who you are or your IP address. The “My feedback on the site” box and the “Report a problem” button send nothing to our server: your message goes through WhatsApp. We only receive your data when you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.

• What we keep: your name or your business's name, your number, and what you send us for your order (texts, logos, photos).
• Why: to reply to you, complete your order and give you a receipt.
• How long: for the duration of our business relationship, then as long as needed for receipts.
• Sharing: we do not sell or lend your data. We only show your designs if you agree in writing.
• Your rights: you can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, on WhatsApp at +243 853 777 737.

WhatsApp (Meta) and the host also process technical data under their own rules. These rules are set out in the Digital Code of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Ordinance-Law No. 23/010 of 13 March 2023).
